International First Born Church of the Living God, Greater Dimensions Worship Centre – Bilston, West Midlands

Minister Andrae Antonio Simms-Morgan was raised in the Church of God of Prophecy, Bilston, West Midlands, under the leadership of his grandfather Pastor Jacob Simms. Under his tutelage he was taught the word of God from an early age which established the foundations for the vision God had placed in his heart. Even at the tender age of three he was preaching at home and was given the name as ‘church boy’ and ‘bishop’ from his friends and family members.

By the grand age of eight he began to play the piano, which lead to the keyboard. In which he used this gift within the church which elevated praise and worship to a new level in God. Even at a young age he worked within the Children’s Ministries and would teach the children’s Sunday School class. The mantle of his grandfather had fallen on him, pushing him to pursue the Lord in a serious way. He would teach, preach, sing and work in every aspect, giving him an opportunity to learn and grow for the ministry ahead.

In 1990, Andrae met some new friends and they attended the First Born Church of the Living God, Dudley Road, Birmingham. At this point he began to fellowship there at conventions, revivals, other special occasions, and some Sundays, but never neglecting his grandfather’s church. In 1992 he began to play one of the most anointed instruments in Gospel music, the Hammond Organ. Bishop John Francis was very influential in showing him some chords and mentoring to play to God’s glory. After his grandfather retired from active pastoral duties in 1997, Andrae then decided to join the First Born Church on a permanent basis. This commitment was made concrete on December 13th, 1998 when he took his watery baptism and was received in fellowship.

His vision to work for the Lord has not diminished and has continued from preaching his first sermon in 1993 at the age of 11 at the First Born Church National Convention in Devon, to co-ordinating his first Conference in 2003. He has continued to co-ordinate many conferences, concerts and other Christian events all around the country, which lead him in 2011 to be appointed as the National Co-ordinator for the First Born Church.

In March 2012 in obedience to the Lord’s voice, he stepped out in faith and launched a branch of the First Born Church in Bilston, West Midlands and currently serves as the Pastor.

God has continued to open doors for Andrae to liaise with some wonderful and renown ministers of the Gospel worldwide. He ministers in music, preaching and teaching when called upon. Andrae longs to be used of the Lord, not because he is able and qualified, but because he is available and pliable. His prayer is to fulfil the great commission on his life and dare to be God’s man of this closing hour.
